As per Canadian tax law, we can only set up tax exempt customer accounts under the following conditions:
âś… You have a valid Status Card
âś… Your order is being shipped to an ON-RESERVE address
By submitting your Status Card, you're confirming that your parcel will be delivered on reserve.
Here’s how to get set up:

Email info@brownefamilyfarm.com using the same email address tied to your account

Include a scan or photo of the front AND back of your valid Status Card

Confirm your shipping address and that it’s on reserve

⚠️ If you forget to confirm your address, we’ll need to email you — which slows things down!

We’ll get back to you within 1–3 business days to confirm your account has been updated to tax exempt
🚨 Heads up:
If you place an order before receiving confirmation, it may include taxes. Unfortunately, we can’t refund those taxes — no exceptions — so please wait until we’ve confirmed your exemption.

You’ll need to resubmit your Status Card and wait for confirmation before placing a new order.
